I have spent the last 20 years of my career predominantly in Wellbeing Leadership roles in single sex and coeducational secondary schools. Supporting young people with their mental health is a passion of mine and I want to bring my knowledge and skills to the Miles4Smiles community. 

As well as experiencing some of my own mental health struggles, I have been very close to Jack throughout his journey with addiction and related mental health issues. I can see how poor mental health impacts the sufferer and those close by. I want to use my own personal experience to guide, support and provide advocacy for others to enjoy positive physical and mental wellbeing.
